Looks like it's going to be a Merry Robot Day after all! :D

I'll be working hard to make a submission as well, but I'll be banning myself from winning any prizes of course. haha

As well, if anyone wants to chip in additional prizes, message Tom and he'll be happy to update the prize list. :)

I'll also try to assemble a small crew of co-judges to prevent myself from being biased. First time judging an event here on NG and all.

Yay! After all Robot Day is still happening! I accidentally already uploaded a piece of artwork for Robot Day 2022 on August 26th, because I thought it was going to be on that date, as was the case in the previous 2 years. I didn't see an announcement, but I saw someone else post an animation so I followed suit. Anyway I'll see if I can whip up something new for the real Robot Day. Probably a robot themed song by my robot theme band Botsing. Looking forward to the other submissions.

Does the image have to be started after this event started or are we able to submit older works and/or works that we started before the event but later finished during this event, such as polishing older sketches or finishing a pic that was already halfway done? I ask because I have a slightly old sketch I might make a finished and colored image if doing such is allowed
