good start!
keep up on it!
all your clay figures are awesome
you should borrow a really good camera and take a cool group shot
Hmm... That is a really good idea. Considering I just use a small digital camera. The problem is many of them have either broken apart a bit or smudged after the long time they have been made. Maybe I'll do a fight scene...
P.S. If you think this one is awesome, you should see the new version...
hahaha fuck ya!
that came out pretty awesome
It sure did! Thanks for commenting!
I love Dark Crtystal art
and this is a pretty goo interpretation of Skeksis,
tho alil more raptorish than vulture, I would love to see some illustrations of him from you as well.
yea, i really tore apart his face. since every skeksis was built around their occupation, i made this one in charge of the games, some kind of grand arena master that brings in stuff to kill and rip at eachother, thus he's probably had a very long history of injury somehow. the rest of his costume was supposed to have these bright banners over him and several medals and trophies that he's conspired to keep for himself instead of giving them to the winners....because...y'know..nobody wins.
i should probably draw a quick fullbody doodle of him, since this thing has no hopes of ever being used or finished
awesome stuff
very rich and vivid !
that hair looks soft!!
I wonder what conditioner he uses
man i wish i knew! only then would i be able to enter a room with the confidence of a giant orc zombie.

nice work!
i really love the colors!
so after seeing what youve been able to do with Alchemy, I decided to download it and give it a try (I use sketchbookpro) and for some reason the pens seem very limited, with no pressure sensitivity. Am I doing it wrong? or are you just that good with alchemy? :)
Alchemy is just a software to create random shapes, its like loolking to the clouds and try to figure out shapes.
I used to work with it using pull shapes and painting a lot of shapes with low transparency, changing the color from black to white and trying to see something in the mess generated. Then I imported the picture to photoshop and started the painting stage.
Nowdays I use the same workflow just painting in photoshop some random shapes an trying to get something from there.
In the left part of the picture you can see some random shapes thant come from alchemy.
haha nice
religious references and robotics always go hand in hand :)
lol
i like him, hes cute
