I thought this was great.

I love sonic and this was a great short.

my question is how much of the story was original?

you stated you edited the voice clips, but they sounded pretty continuous to me.

Just want to know how much of the story was actually original.

Well the story I cam up for Nazo was completely original. When I made "The Power of Nazo", it was just before I saw DBGT and I was like "Oh snap, my story is kind of like that", so it was a big coincidence.

Nazo's voice was completely original, thanks to Omahdon, but the rest all had to be edited or just placed correctly to emulate dialog. I have THOUSANDS of sonic character voices, so I had a lot to choose from.

I will admit, when I was making the persona of Nazo, I was like "He seems like a 'Perfect Cell'-like character to me", and I had his personalities change between transformations.

Nazo's "hate for the Master Emerald" was most definitely my own story. I didn't want him to be a "ahahaha! I blow up stuff because I can!" I wanted him to have his own sense of a rationale.

The stories get more abstract as the art and animation get more focused.

Yesss, got my Jose-of-approval. My victory is complete.

The trouble is always finding a plot that isn't too concrete for a character like Blockhead. But you can't be too loose around the theme without being all over the place and hard to follow. I am insane so my judgment is biased, haha.

Hey! I was just reading your blog yesterday! I think greed could be considered a disease because for some people it's like an obsession or even an addiction. It's definatley a mental weakness however you look at it.
